EUS Children’s Day

Come celebrate all our wonderful children in the world – with dancing, theater and the UNICEF Kid Power program

In celebration of the designated International Children’s Day, Link EUS, a brand new European Cultural Center in NYC, invites you to a fun family event in Tribeca. The Children’s Day provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate our own children and to promote awareness for less fortunate children around the globe. The UNICEF Kid Power program gives children the power to save lives simply by being physically active: A child’s activity level is tracked with Fitbits and whenever a certain level has been reached, UNICEF sends out a food package to malnourished children. So, by moving, kids can have fun and make a a real-world impact.

In the first part of our event, the UNICEF Kid Power program will be experienced first-hand. The kids will learn some cool hip-hop moves with our amazing dance teacher Leslie Class. Three Fitbits will track the activity so that the kids get to earn Kid Power points while dancing. After the dance class, the three Fitbits will be raffled among all participating families. In the second part, the amazing Galli Theater NY will perform “Aladdin” entertaining the whole family.

Join us for an afternoon of family fun – let’s dance together, enjoy some amazing children’s theater and together, bring awareness to children in need.
